Advocate Jitendra Kumar Pandey
This firm derives its roots from the year 1984, when Jitendra Kumar Pandey enrolled with the Bihar State Bar Council. “Chambers of Priyajeet Pandey” was founded by Priyajeet Pandey, his son, as a continuation of his legacy and unparalleled guidance.
Advocate Jitendra, before pursuing his LL.B. degree from Allahabad University, served as a Cadet Under Officer and commanded the All India Air Wing Cadre in 1975 and 1977. After enrolling with the Bihar State Bar Council, he began practicing at the Hon’ble Patna High Court under the guidance of Late Shri Bibhuti Prasad Pandey, Senior Advocate. Later, as an independent practitioner, he worked extensively across Criminal, Civil, Service, and Land Laws.
With over four decades of experience, Advocate Jitendra has gained deep expertise in multiple areas of law and is highly respected for his contributions. He continues to inspire and mentor the firm and is presently available for consultations and arbitration matters.
Advocate Priyajeet Pandey
Priyajeet regularly practices before the Hon’ble Patna High Court, District Courts, Subordinate Civil Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Bihar Land Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal, Revenue Courts, Consumer Forums, and other executive forums. He is also empaneled as counsel for Bank of India, Indian Bank, Asian Institute of Medical Sciences, and Indus IntelliRisk & IntelliSense Services Pvt. Ltd.
In his individual capacity, Priyajeet has represented and drafted matters for several leading commercial clients, including Kirloskar Brothers, Jindal Infrastructure, Tata Steel, Tata Projects, Keller Group, Supreme Enterprises, Capacite, A2Z Group, and U. Toll Corporations.

Alongside litigation, Priyajeet has a strong interest in academics. To nurture this passion, he teaches as Visiting Faculty at law institutes, including the Faculty of Law, Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune (virtual mode), and Gopal Narayan Singh University, Sasaram (hybrid mode).
He completed his Graduation and Master’s in Law, specializing in International Law and Legal Studies, from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune.
Advocate Shrishti Pandey
Shrishti is an alumnus of Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune. After having attained the degree of LL.B. and LL.M., she was working with an American-based law firm before joining this firm. She is also an Edupreneur, being the Franchise Owner of T.I.M.E. Kids Pvt. Ltd, Priyadarshi Nagar Centre, Patna.
Shrishti operates as the Administrative Head and is in charge of the internship program of the firm. She brings legal and administrative expertise to the firm, creating a conducive environment for the members of this firm.
Advocate Megha
Megha is an alumnus of Amity University, Patna, and has been associated with the firm since 2023. She has a deep understanding of matrimonial disputes and regularly appears before the Family Court. She has worked on a wide range of service matters and was able to procure positive results for litigants who were deprived of their promotions, pension benefits, and deserved pay scales in the writ jurisdiction of the Hon’ble High Court.
Megha passionately undertakes pro-bono cases too and sincerely works for social causes.
Advocate Kaustubh Kumar
Kaustubh is an alumnus of Amity University, Patna, and has been associated with this firm since 2024. In a short span, he has become a pivotal part of this firm by handling matters before the Revenue Courts and District Courts. He has a deep understanding of Land laws and has received applause from the litigants for promptly pursuing their cases in Patna District.
Hon’ble Patna High Court being the parent institute of this firm, Kaustubh regularly addresses the bench at the court.
