Practice Areas

Constitutional Law

The firm is deeply committed to protecting the fundamental and constitutional rights of its clients. Whenever rights guaranteed under Part III of the Constitution are violated, or any constitutional provision is breached, the firm stands firmly and compassionately with its clients to safeguard their interests and uphold the constitutional mandate.

In addition, the firm regularly handles writ petitions before the Hon’ble Patna High Court across various domains, including service matters and issues relating to fundamental rights.

Trade & Commerce

A person carrying out any business has every right to do so peacefully and without hindrance. Every business investment in the state puts an obligation upon the state government to give the business adequate space and relaxation for proceeding with its daily transactions.

However, the scenario is not always just and ideal, and businesses find it very difficult to navigate the state policies and regulations. At this juncture, this firm helps the business and safeguards its interests.

The firm appears before the Hon’ble High Court, the Works Arbitral Tribunal, the Commercial Court, and also appears before Quasi-Judicial Bodies, when warranted.

Arbitration

With changes in the overall legal environment, the firm is aware of the
challenges that are faced by the litigants in the long run due to the long
pendency of cases and advises clients to settle their disputes amicably
through various alternate dispute resolution mechanisms, rather than directly approaching the forums of law.

We appear in Request Cases before the Hon’ble High Court for the appointment of an arbitrator and also handle the entire arbitration proceeding.

Land Disputes

The firm proudly inherits the legacy of Mr. Jitendra Kumar Pandey, having expertise in Land Disputes and an experience of more than four decades. From appeals before the Hon’ble High Court to the initiation of cases before the Revenue Courts, this firm
handles end-to-end land dispute matters covering all the major acts about land disputes.

A sincere effort is made by the firm to make the litigants understand their disputes in simple language. The terminologies, complexities, conduct of revenue staff, whirlpool of litigations, and a disconnect with revenue records make the litigants find every piece of paper to be used for fighting legal battles over land as alien.

This firm appears before every Land and Revenue Court, including the Bihar Land Tribunal, the Court of Director Consolidation, the Land Acquisition and Rehabilitation Authority, Court of Divisional Commissioner.

Marriage

We often come across phrases such as ‘spur of the moment’, ‘on impulse’, ‘intolerant society’, etc. Matrimonial disputes need compassionate consultation and avoidance of confrontation. The firm puts every effort to help reconcile any sort of matrimonial disputes amicably, and if there is no tenable way out, we advise filing a case.

We understand the value of relationships and the repercussions of breaking one without putting any effort into reconciliation. The filing of a matrimonial case comes with a responsibility to eclipse the scar
created by the filing of the same. At the same time, we are vigilant of the fact that society does not treat everyone equally, and we try to safeguard the person going through a matrimonial dispute.
